This is the form to apply for a photo shoot with me. As much as I like planning ahead please only submit your application if you live in or near a town/area that I’m heading towards in my list of upcoming stops. If you’re not in that area, please check back regularly to see where I’m heading.It may be awhile before I’m in your area and I don’t want your application falling through the cracks because of the lapse in time until I get to your area. So please be patient, unless I’m on my way to you, then LET ME HAVE IT! 🙂
With some luck and support this project will last years and I’ll be able to meet and photograph people from all over North America (and beyond?). We’ll see how it goes. Please help by spreading the word!
Note: That every approved recipient will be asked to sign a standard model release prior to the photo session. This is strictly to allow me to use the photos on this website, project related promotional materials (possibly including some social media) and if things go well, possibly in a book down the road. Your photos will not be used for any other purposes.
